ErgoSoft Reseller in China Opens Its New Experience Center

During two days (August 25^th and 26^th, 2017), Hartwii Imaging Materials Co., Ltd. – certified ErgoSoft retail partner in China – opened up its experience center and hold a conference for its customers. This experience center aims to provide more professional support to the customers, especially for the ErgoSoft RIP software.

Our Asian support manager, Mr. Clarence Ng, attended the promotion conference and gave an introduction in our RIP to trainees from various industries, like e.g. photo studios, textile printing factories, paper manufacturers, printer factories etc. The conference organizer as well as all trainees joined an online chat group after the event and continue their discussion to improve their knowledge, understanding and skills in using the ErgoSoft RIP software. It was a successful experiment to build a platform for users from different areas who shared their experiences in using our RIP for their applications.
